Hello, I'm Carrie Anna 💕
I'm the heart and hands behind Crystal Lotus Blessings, a space created with love, intention, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of sound.
As a sound healing practitioner and Reiki Master, I love creating peaceful experiences through crystal singing bowls, Reiki, chakra balancing, and the gentle vibrations of sound.
I believe we all deserve moments when we can simply slow down, let go of expectations, and reconnect with ourselves. You don't need to have everything figured out or know anything about energy work to begin. Just come as you are.
My approach to sound healing is intuitive, heart-centered, and a little magical. Each experience is an invitation to soften, find your own rhythm, and welcome more calm and balance into your day.
Based in Dublin, Ohio, near Columbus, I share Reiki-infused sound baths, sound meditation, and calming experiences designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and inner peace. Through my online sound healing videos, I also love connecting with people beyond my local community.

Every sound healing experience I create begins with intention.
From the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls to the delicate sounds of chimes and other instruments, I love allowing each experience to unfold naturally.
I weave Reiki energy, sound vibrations, and mindfulness together to create a welcoming space where you can relax, release the busyness of the day, and reconnect with your own sense of peace.
There's nothing you need to do perfectly. Simply listen, receive, and allow the experience to be your own.
