Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome! Have a question about Crystal Lotus Blessings? Here are answers to some of the things you might be wondering about.

Sound Healing & Reiki

What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a relaxation practice that uses instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing sounds to create a peaceful listening experience. Many people enjoy sound baths as an opportunity to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with themselves.

What can I expect during a sound bath?

Simply get comfortable, relax, and enjoy the sounds. You may choose to lie down, sit comfortably, close your eyes, or meditate. There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath.

Every session is a little different, and you are always welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.

Do I need experience with meditation or sound healing?

Not at all! Sound baths are suitable for beginners and experienced listeners alike. You don't need to know how to meditate or follow any special instructions.

Just come as you are. 💜

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based complementary wellness practice traditionally used to encourage relaxation and a sense of balance. Sessions may be offered in person or from a distance.

Experiences vary from person to person.

Do you offer Reiki for pets?

Yes! Crystal Lotus Blessings offers distance Animal Reiki sessions designed to provide a quiet, calming experience for your animal companion.

Your pet does not need to be physically present with the practitioner.

Animal Reiki is a complementary practice and is not a replacement for veterinary care.

Do you offer private sessions?

Yes! Private virtual sound healing and Reiki experiences may be available.

Please visit the Contact page to ask about session options, availability, and pricing.

Can sound healing or Reiki replace medical treatment?

No. Sound healing and Reiki are complementary wellness practices intended to support relaxation and personal well-being. They are not substitutes for medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.

If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Shopping & Handmade Creations

Are your products handmade?

Many of our suncatchers and jewelry pieces are handcrafted with care and intention. Each handmade creation may have small variations that make it unique.

Crystals, stones, and books may be offered separately from our handmade creations.

Will my item look exactly like the photograph?

We do our best to represent each item accurately. Because natural gemstones and handmade pieces vary, colors, patterns, sizes, and details may differ slightly.

Do you ship orders?

We plan to offer shipping for eligible physical products. Available shipping destinations, costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout.

How long does it take to process an order?

Processing times may vary depending on the item and whether it is ready to ship or made to order. Any applicable processing estimates will be provided with the product or during checkout.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the item and circumstances. Please review the return policy provided with your order, or contact us if there is a problem with your purchase.
